Pure Development has recently broken ground on a brand-new, state-of-the-art distribution center near Dayton, OH.
The facility will stand nearly seven stories tall and offer nearly 3 million square feet of active sorting and fulfillment space. The facility, which will primarily handle smaller consumer goods, will feature cutting-edge material handling and product retrieval systems critical for success in the e-commerce market which are extremely useful when serving the fast-growing e-commerce market.

The distribution center is expected to be complete and operational in 2022.
