A growing commercial real estate development firm continues its growth into mixed-use projects with an expansion of its team and its operations to Denver.
Indianapolis-based Pure Development, which has developed an impressive portfolio of build-to-suit and mixed-use properties nationwide since its founding in 2010, recently opened an office in Denver. The new office will enable Pure’s team to work closely on its new Fox Park mixed-use project in Denver, while also providing a platform for future projects in the western U.S.
Pure has welcomed four experienced industry veterans to its Denver team: Manuel Jiménez, who will serve as director of operations; Javier Monroy, who will serve as managing director for capital markets; and Jose and Pepe Carredano, who will both serve as managing partners for placemaking. Tyler Morris, who joined Pure in 2018 as Principal of Development, is also relocating to Denver to focus on expanding the firm’s build-to-suit and speculative-development business.

Located north of Denver’s Lower Downtown (LoDo District) and east of its River North Art District (RiNo), Fox Park will be the next great expansion of Denver’s urban core and park network. Next-generation office space, residential, boutique hotels, event venues, maker space, curated retail, education, arts, entertainment, fitness amenities, parks and more will be found within the new 41-acre mixed-use development.
Since its founding, the Pure team has developed a wide range of build-to-suit projects across the country. Their clients include top global companies including GE Aviation, Amazon, Wayfair, DHL, Allstate Insurance and BMW. In addition to Fox Park, Pure is currently developing several other mixed-use projects, including NoMa and the Box Factory in Indianapolis.
